Native File Format
Native file format production typically comes up in situations where certain documents such as spreadsheets, transactional records other proprietary formatted ESI does not conform to normal printing parameters. Requesting parties will often request native file format for certain portions of a production because it is the only way to review the contents and metadata associated with each document on the same application that the data file was created.
PDF and TIFF Format
Often referred to as near-paper format, either format assures a non-editable protection of the original ESI files. These two formats support redaction and Bates number stamping for future reference.
Paper Production
For those instances where paper production may be required, CyberControls provides a batch printing service with or without Bates numbering.
